Is financial assistance available?
In keeping with our value of compassionate care, Condell Medical Center has a financial assistance program available to help patients who qualify. If you anticipate problems paying your portion of your bill or you are uninsured, we encourage you to contact a financial counselor at Condell. Our financial counselors are available to meet with you in person, by phone or via e-mail, as noted below. All communications are handled confidentially and with the utmost respect.
